Es un apartamento de cuatro habitaciones, un baño, una pequeña zona de comedor y cocina equipada con cocina, horno, microondas, vajilla y una lavadora. Todos, cuentan con armarios, mesas de estudio con lámpara, juego de sábanas y toallas. El apartamento se encuentra a solo una calle de la Plaza Prosperidad (línea de metro 4). Tiene una parada de autobús a escasos pasos (línea 9 que te lleva al IE) y si estudias en EAE estarás a escasos minutos a pie de cualquiera de sus dos sedes. Además, hay un supermercado cruzando la calle (además de muchos otros cercanos), tiendas y restaurantes, pero en un barrio tranquilo y seguro....
