Im Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und WC befindet sich auch eine neue Waschmaschine. Der Balkon (zur Südseite) wurde neu mit Holz ausgelegt und auf Stühlen an einem Tisch kann man herrlich entspannen. Das angrenzende helle gemütliche Wohnzimmer hat einen Essplatz mit Tisch und vier Stühlen. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem modernen 80 cm-LED Fernseher, Stereo-Anlage, Blu-ray-Player, WLAN und Internet-Zugang. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett mit Nachtschränken, einen Kleiderschrank, sowie eine Kommode. Im Kleinen Zimmer / Arbeitszimmer stehen ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, eine Doppelbettcouch, Regale und ein Kleiderständer. Ein Kinderbett und ein Kinderhochstuhl können zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Küche und Bad sind gefliest. Die anderen Räume mit Laminat bzw. Teppichboden ausgelegt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock, daher ganz oben im Haus - ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden....
