Komodo is a spacious 135 square meter apartment located in Barcelona’s famous Born neighborhood. The modern apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 separate outdoor spaces. The design uses beige hues and wooden decor to provide a soft look to the luminous space. Upon walking into the apartment, find a sleek kitchen to the right. The fully furnished space has a kitchen island that seats four people, as well as a small outdoor patio. The black modern design is balanced with impressive straw hanging lamps. Past the kitchen, there is a luminous living room composed of both a dining and lounge area. Some highlights of the space include the hammock, the custom-built black shelves and the patch-pattern wall painting adding a pop of color to the space. Back down the hallway, there is a first terrace with a dining area. The hallway is fitted with a custom-built workspace. The first bathroom comes with a full shower. The m(hidden)edroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and access to the large terrace. There is a queen-sized bed with a hand-made decoration hanging above. The ensuite bathroom comes with a full shower. Out on the 12 square meter terrace, find tropical plants and an outdoor lounge set-up, complete with a hanging chair and outdoor shower. From the terrace, step into the second bedroom, which comes with a canopy queen-sized bed and ample closet space. The third bedroom has a single bed and a handmade rustic wooden desk. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment.
