Hohe Decken (3,40m), Stuck, alter abgeschliffener Dielenboden, Flügeltüren...hier finden Sie es! Gleichzeitig haben wir die Räume rundum saniert und auf den höchsten Standard gebracht. Von der geräumigen Diele treten Sie in die offene Wohnküche mit integriertem Esszimmer, sie bildet den Mittelpunkt der Wohnung. Über eine altehrwürdige Flügeltür gelangt man in ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Treppe führt von der Küche aus zum Untergeschoß, in dem sich Waschmaschine, Trockner und ein zweites kernsaniertes Badezimmer verstecken. Von der Diele aus zweigen zwei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize Boxspringbetten bzw. Einzel-Boxspringbetten ab, Kinder werden sich über das vorhandene Etagenbett freuen. Zwischen beiden Zimmern befindet sich das neue, hochwertige Duschbad.
