Located in a well-maintained building on the 4th floor (no elevator) and near all amenities. Strasbourg train station is a short 10 minute walk from the flat. Cathédrale also close by. The monthly rent is including all charges (cold and hot water, electricity, gas, heating, maintenance of the common areas, garbage) as well as wifi. The one-time end of stay cleaning fee will need to be paid upfront at check-in, along with the security deposit. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
