There is also a bathroom on the ground floor and another bathroom on the first floor. The garden area is once around the house. From here the "722" will take you directly to the city center or to Sindelfingen train station. If you prefer to walk, it is about 10 minutes to the city center and 19 minutes to the train station. The "S60" will take you to Böblingen or Stuttgart Central Station. The easiest way is to get an impression of Google Maps in advance and check your usual routes.
