The apartment has all necessary items: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels and sheets . Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90€ every month.
