The cozy bedroom (approx. 17m2) is well furnished, with closets, bedside table, chair and chest of drawers. Also under the bed itself there are two huge drawers with lots of storage space. You can also look forward to a king-size bed with a new barrel spring mattress including a topper. The lovely second room (approx. 10m2) is also very well equipped with wardrobes, a space-saving foldaway bed and a huge desk. It is still being renovated - photos will follow shortly. The windows of both rooms (as well as the kitchen) face the green, quiet inner courtyard - although conveniently located, you can hardly hear anything about Munich, so you can start your days well rested. The kitchen is also fully equipped with an oven, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, side-by-side refrigerator, kettle mixer and much more. The bathroom is small but nice and above all clean... The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished. Living room with 60 inch Flat-TV, WLAN and High-speed Internet and cable TV as well as Amazon Prime are already included in your rent. A, for Munich standards almost impudent, large balcony is also included - except for a good mood you don't need to bring anything with you :-) We have an underground parking garage (on request for 60 euros per month) and a bicycle cellar, as well as an elevator in the house. The connection to public transportation is as ingenious as the proximity to the Westpark/Theresienwiese/Westbad/Pasing Arcaden/... ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Das Zimmer (ca. 17m2) ist bestens eingerichtet, mit Kleiderschränken, Nachttisch, Stuhl und Kommode. Auch unter dem Bett selber gibt es zwei riesige Schubfächer mit viel Stauraum. Freuen kannst du dich außerdem auf ein Kingsize-Bett mit neuer Tonnenfederkernmatratze inkl. Topper. Auch das zweite Zimmer (ca. 10m2) ist mit Schränken, einem platzsparendem Schrankbett sowie einem riesigen Schreibtisch bestens ausgestattet. Es wird momentan noch renoviert- Fotos folgen in Kürze. Die Fenster beider Zimmer (sowie der Küche) gehen zum grünen, ruhigen Innenhof - obwohl sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, hört man von München so gut wie nichts, sodass du deine Tage ausgeschlafen starten kannst. Die Küche ist ebenso voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Spüle, Geschirrspülautomat, Waschmaschine, Side-by-Sidy-Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher Mixer uvm. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein und vor allem rein... Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Wohnzimmer mit 60 Zoll Flat-TV, WLAN und High-speed-Internet und Kabelfernsehn sowie Amazon Prime sind schon in deinem Mietanteil enthalten. Einen, für Münchner Verhältnisse fast schon unverschämt, großen Balkon gibt es auch dazu - ausser guter Laune brauchst du rein theoretisch nichts mitbringen :-) Wir haben eine Tiefgarage (nach Absprache für 69€ monatlich zusätzlich mietbar) und eine Fahrradkeller, sowie Fahrstuhl im Haus. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist genauso genial wie die Nähe zum Westpark/Theresienwiese/Westbad/Pasing Arcaden/......

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
