He is calm. 🧑 I'm only interested in renting the rooms for boys. This is a 2-floors apartment. The bedrooms that are being rented are located in the upper floor (penthouse), with a bathroom for exclusive use of the tenants. My bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs. There is AC in the living room, fans in every bedroom and central heating in the apartment. The design of this place gives it an exceptionally cozy feeling. The interiors are bright and colorful, creating a warm atmosphere. The room features a spacious closet with ample space for storage, a desk perfect for studying or reading in peace, you're free to decorate it and imprint your style into it! Within walking distance you will be able to reach the bus stop, the tram stop, the subway stop, the supermarket, it is a very comfortable location.
