🏡Apartment - Via Beniamino Gigli - Bologna🏡 Spacious and bright 60 sqm one-bedroom apartment in Bologna, with balcony, on the 5th floor of a residential building with lift (there are 3 steps to access), located in a highly strategic position between the historic center and the Sant'Orsola hospital. Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain the operation of the equipment and deliver the keys. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for any event. This apartment, overlooking the internal courtyard and therefore reserved and very quiet, is furnished in a modern and functional style. It is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, and is located close to a large, free public car park. A spacious entrance leads to the two rooms of the living area. The eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with an electric oven and stove, is furnished with a table for 4 people, and custom-made wall units. The living room offers a 32 "flat-screen TV, as well as two single sofa beds. From the living room it is possible to access a balcony overlooking the first hills of Bologna. The sleeping area, quiet and well separated from the rest of the house, consists of a bedroom furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is characterized by white ceramics and the marble top of the sink; inside you'll find the shower box and the washing machine. Amenities: - Safe box - ADSL internet connection - Free parking in the immediate vicinity - 32" flat screen TV - Washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board - Central heating and split air conditioning The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage) and doesn't cover the condominium expenses (€ 120 per month), WiFi internet (€ 40 per month) and bills (electricity, gas and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of € 100 will be paid monthly. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. No refunds will be due if the total bill is less than the monthly forfait. If your stay includes some days of the subsequent month, the forfait for the bills will be calculated pro rata. Area: The apartment is located in a highly strategic position as it is close to the historic center (reachable in a few minutes by car or bus), the Sant'Orsola hospital, the exit for the ring road and the Bologna Fair. The area is also served from the point of view of shops: a stone's throw from the beautiful tree-lined avenue of Via degli Orti, as well as from Via Mazzini and Via Murri, which make up a pleasant residential area that offers a wide choice of shops and restaurants. Public transportation: Buses 11 and 90 stop in the nearby Via degli Orti and connect with the historic center. Bus 36 takes you to the train station. Parking: The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). It is possible to park on the street, on the places indicated by the blue lines, or in the public parking lot of Largo Lercaro. Important: guests must pay a tourism tax, which is not included in the price: € 4 to € 7 per person, per night. The fee is only applied to the first 5 nights. Pets: Pets are allowed.
