Un bel espace, 55 m2 avec grande cuisine, grand salon et petit balcon. En plus de sa chambre - entièrement meublée - mon colocataire disposera d'étagères de rangement dans la salle de bains, d'armoires dans la cuisine, ainsi que de son propre frigo. Il y a une laveuse-sécheuse dans l'appartement. Le logement donne sur un mail piéton, alors il n'y a pas de bruit de voitures. De plus, il est face au nord. En clair, c'est frais en été (ça ne devient pas une étuve) et c'est chaud en hiver (chauffage individuel au gaz). Il y a un gardien dans l'immeuble. On est dans un quartier à la fois populaire et tranquille. L'immeuble est situé à côté d'une station de Vélib', de bus, puis à proximité d'une station de métro et de tramway. C'est tout près du Parc de la Villette dans le 19ème arrondissement. Dans l'appartement il y aura toi, moi et mes plantes. Je cherche un(e) colocataire prêt(e) à faire sa part du ménage dans les parties communes du logement puis à partager le loyer, pour une cohabitation équitable et convivial....
