The Alster and the main station is within walking distance in a few minutes. There is a total of 1 room with a kitchenette and a separated sleeping area. The bathroom is modernly equipped. From the bedroom, living room and kitchen you can watch the hustle and bustle on the Lange Reihe through large windows. The Lange Reihe is located in the trendy district of St. Georg, in the heart of the Hanseatic city. In the immediate vicinity is an EDEKA and various restaurants and bars. On foot, you can walk relaxed in 5 minutes to the main station or to the Alster and is thus immediately in the city centre. Directly in front of the front door is also a bus station. To the nearest subway and the S-Bahn station you can also walk. Since the apartment has been completely refurbished and redeveloped, I would like a tenant who treats the furnishings as his property and have a great time in the Hanseatic city by living in this apartment. The rent is an all-inclusive rent. Internet, electricity, water and gas are included and do not need to be registered separately. Die Alster und der Hauptbahnhof ist in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Insgesamt gibt es 1 Zimmer mit einer Küchenzeile sowie einem abgetrennten Schla(hidden)ereich. Das Bad ist modern augestattet. Aus dem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sowie der Küche kann man durch große Fensterfront das Treiben auf der Langen Reihe beobachten. Die Lange Reihe liegt im Szeneviertel St. Georg, also im Herzen der Hansestadt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein EDEKA sowie diverse Restaurants und Bars. Zu Fuß kann man entspannt in 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof oder an die Alster laufen und ist damit sofort in der Innenstadt. Direkt vor der Haustür ist zusätzlich eine Busstation. Zur nächsten U-Bahn und die S-Bahnstation kann man auch gehen. Bei Interesse für einen individuellen Besichtigungstermin melden Sie sich gerne per Mail. Da die Wohnung komplett neu eingerichtet und saniert wurde, wünsche ich mir einen Mieter, der die Einrichtung so wie sein Eigentum behandelt und durch das Leben in dieser Wohnung eine tolle Zeit in der Hansestadt hat. Bei der Miete handelt es sich um eine Pauschalmiete. Internet, Strom, Wasser und Gas sind inklusive und müssen nicht separat angemeldet werden.
