In the area there is also the pedestrian street Paolo Sarpi, which offers a large choice of clubs, restaurants and shops. The closest metro station is Gerusalemme (purple M5 line), only five minutes from the apartment and guaranteeing easy connection to the main points of interest of the city. This apartment is ideal if you are looking for a peaceful and refined neighborhood within easy reach of Milan city centre. Living room and kitchen Guests are stunned by the beauty of this apartment, which features contemporary furniture, stone floor and plenty of natural light coming from the balconies. Both the living room and the kitchen are fully habitable. The day area opens out onto a nice balcony with views of the internal courtyard and furnished with table and chairs, where to enjoy a glass of wine with friends. In the living room there is a comfortable leather sofa, a flat screen TV and a functional table. The fully-fitted kitchen, provided with a bar counter with stools, showcases some trendy Smeg appliances and is equipped with everything you might need to prepare lovely meals for family and friends. Here is also the second balcony overlooking the building’s parking lot. In addition, a functional closet completes the day area. The flat has a private parking lot in the building. Bedroom and bathroom The night area benefits from ample natural light from the large window and showcases light-colored furniture and shining stone flooring. In the bedroom there is large wardrobe, a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees. Tax excluded from the price: For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)). Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure. Dalla cucina è possibile accedere ad un altro balcone che affaccia sul parcheggio privato condominiale. È di pertinenza dell’appartamento un posto auto privato all’interno del condominio. In appartamento, inoltre, è presente un comodo sgabuzzino. Camera da letto e bagno La camera è composta da un letto matrimoniale, un ampio armadio posto ai piedi del letto, un comò e due comodini. La camera risulta particolarmente luminosa grazie alla presenza di un’ampia finestra. Il bagno è dotato di tutti i sanitari e di un ampio box doccia. REGOLE DELLA CASA I nostri prezzi comprendono il Servizio Residence con assistenza e includono: IVA (ove prevista ai sensi del D.lgs. 633/72) biancheria da camera e bagno iniziali, utenze (luce e gas entro limiti di utilizzo giornalieri per evitare sprechi), accoglienza del personale (hidden) in appartamento, Internet Wi-fi.
