And also very close to other tourist places such as the Ciudatella Park, the Santa Caterina market and of course the the beach, The closest metro stop is Urquinaona (L1 and L4) you can also find other transport options such as buses and bicing. RENTAL CONDITION: 1 - We use the bi-weekly/ fortnightly contract: What does this mean? If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85euro + IVA for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests. 3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA 4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent Fees: Utilities : a fix fee of 100€ per month per person, and minimum 250€ per apartment. Cleaning fee: 242€ - IVA Included internet fee: Included After your reservation is confirmed, you will get the official confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 quotes to be paid at least 45 days before your check-in. If the arrival date is sooner, then the quotes must be paid immediately....
