The second bedroom is sensibly furnished with 2 single beds, a bedside table with a lamp and a small desk with an office chair and a cupboard. It can be used as an office or a second bedroom. There is space to cook and linger in the modern, spacious fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. The windows were renewed in 2011 and are up to date with triple thermal glazing and 39 decibels of sound insulation. The bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, dishes, pots and pans so that you can move in immediately. WLAN is available via Kabel Deutschland / Vodafone. A washing machine and a drying room are available to tenants. The apartment is intended for 1 - 3 people, a 4 person occupancy is also conceivable upon request. Likewise, the Schnelsen fashion center and Ikea (approx. 800 m on foot). The Niendorfer Gehege, the Wassermannpark and the Kollau hiking trail are inviting recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The shops are in the nearby Frohmestrasse, Niendorfer Tibargcenter, Eidelstedter EKZ or Norderstedter Heroldcenter. The Albertinen cardiovascular hospital is known worldwide and is approx. 3 km away.
