Dieses Apartment bietet den Komfort und die Privatsphäre einer eigenen Wohnung, aber den Service eines Hotels. Es ist modern ausgestattet und bietet alles, was zum Wohnen auf Zeit nötig ist, wie WiFi, Küchenutensilien, TV (inklusive GEZ-Gebühren), ein gemütliches Bett (160 cm Breite), sowie ein schöner Wohnraum. Im Haus selbst gibt es sehr viele Extras, die den Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment noch besonderer machen: z.B. freie Nutzung unseres Fitnessstudios. Eine wöchentliche Reinigung der Apartments ist in der Miete außerdem schon enthalten, so hat man mehr Zeit für die schönen Dinge in Berlin. In der Tiefgarage können Sie Ihr Auto sicher parken (gegen Gebühr) und die besondere Dachterrasse lädt auf ein Feierabendbier mit tollem Blick auf die Spree ein. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Waschraum. Die Nutzung der Waschmaschinen und Trockner ist gegen Gebühr möglich. WiFi ist natürlich im ganzen Gebäude, also auch im Fitnessraum zu empfangen. In der Lounge sowie im “grill and chill” Garten können gleichgesinnte neue Leute kennenlernen und gemeinsam die Stadt erkunden. Bitte beachten: Es sind keine Tiere im Haus erlaubt.
