The accommodation: The apartment is equipped with a modern smart home system with individual settings for lighting, music and atmosphere etc. A kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher and hotplates is also available. Access for guests: The apartment has its own entrance, can be reached independently from the landlord's residence and is located in a nice and quiet basement. Location: The shopping center "Evers", as well as many cafes (also comfortable family-run cafes) and discounters or supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance. Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
