Three large separate bedrooms, separate kitchen and spacious dining / living room. Centrally located, 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn or U-Bahn. Only 4 stops to Kurfürstendamm, 2 stops to the exhibition grounds. Shops, restaurants, fitness center nearby. Two parks with a playground, sunbathing lawn and boules area are right next door. The beds and bedrooms are arranged as follows: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed 2.00 mx 2.00 m 1 bedroom with a double bed 1.80 mx 2.00 m 1 bedroom with a double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m and 1 double sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00 m Parking in front of the house. If the rental period is longer than 4 weeks, cleaning is mandatory every 4 weeks for an additional charge of 140 euros each. The cleaning of bed linen / towels can also be taken over. Die Betten und Schlafzimmer sind wie folgt angeordnet: 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett 2,00 m x 2,00 m 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett 1,80 m x 2,00 m 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett 1,60 x 2,00 m und 1 Doppelschlafsofa 1,60 x 2,00 m Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Bei einer Mietdauer von mehr als 4 Wochen ist eine Reinigung alle 4 Wochen gegen einen Aufpreis von je 140,- Euro obligatorisch. Auch die Reinigung der Bettwäsche/Handtücher kann zusätzlich übernommen werden. Wir vermieten nur kurzfristig für ein paar Monate...
