Room 7 Zona Pozzo Strada, near the Polytechnic, a strategic and sought-after position, we rent a beautiful single room with frescoed ceiling, specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror. The colours of the walls promote a good mood and help in the study. Located on three levels, bright and very spacious. 340 square meters of surface. It consists of 2 habitable kitchens, laundry, 4 bathrooms and 9 single rooms. Garden and courtyard with canopy. The apartment has been excellently refurbished according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machines, microwaves, dishwashers and equipped kitchens. The area is residential and the context is particularly quiet, pleasant and very popular with students. Well served area, close to all main services, such as supermarket, bus stop, subway, pharmacy... A few steps from the university campus of the Polytechnic. If you stay more than half a month, you’ll pay the full month’s rent. We call this a Fortnightly contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
