It is surrounded by lush parks and embassy gardens and represents an ideal place for walks or jogging and a swimming pool is also close by. The peaceful Koellnischer Park around the corner hosts the living symbol of Berlin: two brown bears. From the apartment in 5-10 minutes walk you reach the historic Nikolaiviertel and the central Alexanderplatz (2 stops by subway). The stations Maerkisches Museum, Heinrich-Heinestrasse and Jannowitzbruecke giving access to five major subway and train lines can be reached in short walks.
