Parking included in the city centre, 10 min walk approx and weekly housekeeping possibility for an extra price of 75€ each. Wi fi Access is included. Utility bills (electricity, wáter and gas) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills.
