Casavera is very well located in Friedrichshain. The well-known nightlife district around Simon-Dach-Straße, with its innumerable restaurants and bars, as well as the year-round flea market at Boxhagener Platz every Sunday, can be reached easily by foot. The S41-S42-S8-S9 Storkowerstrasse and the U5 Samariterstrasse stations are not so far, walking it takes about 6 and 8 minutes respectively. Tram 21 Proskauer Straße station is by the front door. The house is close to nightlife, but not so close to be disturbed by people. You can find however pubs and restaurants close to the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a french bed (memory foam mattress) and one sofa bed (140x200), there is everything you need to cook, an iron, a cloth washing machine and a lcd TV. There is a free wi-fi connection. It has independent heating system, there is not air conditioning, however the house is not warm in summer. The flat is at the second floor without elevator. In Dolziger Strasse there is free parking and you can park cycle in the courtyard. City tax when due: 5% of the daily fee for the first 21 days. It will be collected cash at check-in. The flat is intended to be rent maximum 6 months, any longer period shall be agreed case by case with the (hidden). For reservation shorter then one month (minimum 4 days) the daily fee is 75 euro/day and the deposit is 500 €. According to Berlin law, the apartment is registered. It is strictly prohibited to download any illegal content trough the wifi connection, any abused will be persecuted by law. Check-in time is flexible from 10am, by previous agreement, but please note that there will be a delay intake fee, after 8 pm: 08 pm up to 10 pm 16 euros - 10 pm up 11pm +28 euros (after 11 pm the check-in is not possible).
