On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped fitted kitchen (ceramic stove top with oven, coffee/espresso machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc...), which is equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and a small table and 3 chairs. From the hallway you enter the living room (TV, DVD, music system) with integrated dining area and direct access to the terrace. Here a bricked garden barbecue invites you to take a relaxing sunbath and barbecue evenings. A guest WC is also available here. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with wardrobe and extra-long double bed, from which you have access to the balcony. Two other smaller rooms are also equipped with sleeping facilities. A storage room offers space for items not needed daily. The small bathroom is equipped with WC, washbasin and bathtub (with shower possibility). In front of the house there is an optional reserved car parking space. The nearest bus stations are within sight (50m, bus lines 22, 186, 386, 36, another one in about 100m distance) Hamburg's main railway station is 12 km away and can be reached by public transport (38 minutes) to the Altonaer Bahnhof (12 minutes), to the Airbus factory (40 minutes). (public swimming pool, indoor tennis hall, AOL-Arena, Volksparkstadion, the Volkspark with its large recreational areas and football stadium, the Daliengarten, the Bahrenfeld trotting track, the popular Elbe beach ) DESY is within walking distance, as are the various shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (various supermarkets, e.g. ALDI, Lidl, Real, Bauhaus) and several shopping centres (ELBE-EKZ, EKZ-Eckhoffplatz, EKZ-Schenefeld, EKZ-Eidelstedt). The Bahrenfeld motorway access road is only 6 minutes away by car. The current costs is approximately 1900€. It depends of voude in the use of water electricity and gas. The amount of use is counted by individual meters for the apartment. The utilities are an estimation for four people and could deviate. An internet contract might and GEZ have to be arranged by yourself. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
