Schönes möbliertes Studio im Dachgeschoss, welches zunächst von Anfang September bis Ende April zur Verfügung steht. Der Mietvertrag kann eventuell verlängert werden. Das Stadtzentrum von Dortmund sowie die Universitäten von Dortmund und Bochum sind mit dem Auto in 15-20 min erreichbar. Das Dorfzentrum, Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen sind zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar. Das Studio ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Es hat einen separaten Eingang. Die Küche bietet einen Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck sowie Pfannen und Töpfe. Die Fenster sind mit Rollläden ausgestattet. WLAN ist vorhanden. Der Fernseher ist Internetfähig (Amazon Fire Stick ist dabei). Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller des Hauses und können genutzt werden.
