The rent includes electricity, water, heating, and wifi, the spacious upscale bathroom and kitchen offer a touch of luxury and are equipped for all your needs. In the lower floor there is an extra Bathroom with Shower and Wash/Dry machine. Because there is a current tenant still living inside we are not able to show fotos of the furnishing, which will be done as soon as the tenant moves out. Thanks for your understanding!
