Description

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a modern new building. There is an elevator and bicycle storage room on the ground floor. The front balcony has a beautiful view of Hasenheide park. There are two bedrooms of size 14m2 & 12m2. These two bedrooms share a second back balcony. There are two bathrooms. The larger bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and bathtub. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. Of course there is WiFi. The cooking / dining area is approx. 25m2. The apartment is very centrally located, right between the Hasenheide and the Tempelhofer Feld. You are a 5-minute walk from numerous restaurants and cafés and the Bergmannkiez can also be reached in 10 minutes by bike. Rewe, BioCompany, Lidl and Aldi are also within walking distance. The U8 Boddinstr. is a few streets away, in 10 minutes you are in Mitte, Schöneberg etc...
