The kitchen, equipped with electrical appliances (including a dishwasher), offers lots of storage space and is on the ground floor. There is a common room next to the kitchen. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor and another bathroom on the first floor. The garden area is once around the house. So all of these positions are included and you don't have to worry about: - electricity - water - sewage - garbage - janitorial service - heating location The house is located in the Schleicher district of Sindelfingen. It's 600m to the next REWE or 850m to Lidl. Many other shops (star center) are in the center. The next bus stop can be reached quickly. From here the "722" will take you directly to the city center or to Sindelfingen train station. If you prefer to walk, it is about 10 minutes to the city center and 19 minutes to the train station. The "S60" will take you to Böblingen or Stuttgart Central Station. The easiest way is to get an impression of Google Maps in advance and check your usual routes.
