In 15 minutes with S-und U-Bahn to the city centre, bus and tram stops nearby as well. 2 big playgrounds and a child friendly environment. What's around: -Excellent and safe location for families, two big playgrounds and nature reserve Biesenhorster Sand in walking distance. Wuhleide Park -The recreation and amusement park of Wuhlheide is just 5 minutes away by car or 10 minutes by bicycle - Tierpark, the largest zoo in Europe, is also minutes away Reason for rental offer: year abroad until summer July 2027.
