Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf ca. 135,00 Euro. Somit betägt die Miete inklusive Nebenkosten 695,00 Euro. Das Haus wurde vor Kurzem aufwendig renoviert und verfügt neben weiteren Zimmern über zwei Badezimmer, eine volleingerichtete große Küche, einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine sonnige Terrasse, welche mitbenutzt werden können. Somit gibt es genug Platz, um sich wohlzufühlen. Um die Umwelt zu schonen, nutzen wir Photovoltaik für die Stromerzeugung und eine Wärmepumpe für das Heizen und achten darauf, Energie zu sparen. Magst du auch gerne Ordnung und Sauberkeit? Uns ist das sehr wichtig. Damit dies gelingt, haben wir einen gut funktionierenden Wochenplan und natürlich hilft jeder mit. Das Haus befindet sich in einer angenehmen, grünen Wohngegend in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station Oldenfelde (U1). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bushaltestelle sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wenn du gerne joggst oder Rad fährst, ist die Gegend ideal. Die U-Bahn (U1) ist fussläufig erreichbar. In nur 30 Minuten bist du mit der U-Bahn in der City/Hauptbahnhof. Wenn du als Frau gerne unter netten Menschen bist und dich nicht vollständig neu einrichten möchtest, dann wirst du dich in unserer WG bestimmt wohlfühlen....
