Right next to it is the spacious and freshly renovated shower room with toilet. On the ground floor there is the freely available kitchen. In the basement there is a fitness room that can also be used, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which can be used after instruction. Our garden in the green invites you to stay and relax. The user(s) will have a quiet and comfortable retreat, but will also have the opportunity to participate in everyday family life. The house is located on a traffic-calmed street, very close to several bus lines (towards Steglitz and Lankwitz) or only a 7-minute walk from the S-Bahn station Osdorfer Str. (S 25). The FU Berlin, for example, can be reached quickly and easily with the bus line M11 or X11, as well as shopping facilities are close to the house.
