Hello, I am offering a private room in a shared flat in Charlottenburg-Neu-West-End. The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, table and even a private fridge that can be used by the tenant alone. The bathroom (shower, toilet) and the kitchen are shared with max. 3 other flatmates (depending on the room rental). The price indicated is for the warm rent (€550), €20 electricity costs are added, so a total of €570/month. There is also a washing machine in the flat, which you are welcome to use for €3 per wash (detergent provided by me for free). A dishwasher is also available, but it is preferred if you prefer to wash your dishes by hand, as the dishwasher is not that big. Of course, we can make exceptions after consultation ;) If you are staying for a short period of time (less than 2 months) I am unfortunately not able to provide you with the registration at the registration office. If you are staying for a longer period of time, we can arrange that you can also register under the address if this is necessary for you. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
