The apartment is perfectly located - in a calm and green environment, but with an excellent public transport connection to the center (metro U3). You need approximately 20 minutes to the very center (Stephansplatz). On request: parking space in a close garage for € 140/month. Please be aware that your reservation will not be concluded with me, but with the respective owners of the apartments. The cleaning fee will be charged by me directly...
