Nomad's Fine Arts Chiado with Garage is located in the third floor of a beautiful building, provided with elevador, in Rua Ivens, benefiting from a privileged location close to the busy lifestyle that is super characteristic of the Chiado neighbourhood, but at the same time allowing you to be peacefully away from it. This one bedroom luxurious apartment is carefully decorated to offer you a relaxed time after discovering Lisbon, with living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful balcony sided to the street, with a wonderful square where the National Arts Academy is located, right at your door. We thought every necessity to make your stay really unique, and you will have at your disposal towels, linens, bathrobes, heating system, a safe, cable tv and internet. You can also enjoy a private access to our 1 car place in the Garage (at an additional cost). The water and power bills are included in the month's rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
