Paved with the typical Portuguese sidewalk and full of street artists, shops, cafes, restaurants, museums and monuments, Rua Augusta is the best location to discover Lisbon! The apartment was carefully renovated and decorated, offering a superior level of comfort. Here you can enjoy the experience of getting to know the city like a privileged local, from the first time in the morning, as you will easily reach anywhere, before everyone else! Decorated in a modern, sober and sophisticated style, all spaces were carefully used in a harmonious way and with a superior level of comfort. You have at your disposal a very well equipped kitchenette, living and dining room, two bedrooms (one is a single bedroom, mezzanine) and a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully prepared with towels, sheets, heating, air conditioning, dishwashers and clothes, cable TV and internet. The water and power bills are included in the month ́s rent, in a maximum of 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also.
