Our place is a min walk to Streatham Common Station. Therefore getting to: 8 minutes to get to Clapham Junction 15 minutes to get to London Victoria 25 minutes to get to London Bridge If you have any trouble getting to the property, please don't hesitate to ask me, I'm happy to help! 💪MY MISSION My goal is to provide you with a comfortable, easy stay that will enhance your living experience, not hinder it. I know from experience the pain of dealing with landlords who don't care to get things fixed or even worse; who turn up every 5 mins to check the house over believe me, I am not like that. I will be there for you if you have any questions, need repairs, need advice about what to do or how to get around, or have any other requests or concerns. I know plumbers, electricians, and handymen on call in case of any repair problems that pop up. If you need anything I'll get back to you within 24 hours or less. 📍THE AREA Streatham is widely considered to be THE most up and coming area in London. It boasts the longest unbroken shopping street in the United Kingdom, so it's no shocker that Streatham is ideal when you're in the mood to walk, shop and eat. The Streatham High Road has everything from international cuisines to local pubs. The annual Streatham Festival is also great entertainment, featuring everything from food tasting, live music and dance to film premieres, art markets, theatrical performances and so much more. I only ask for £100 deposit and I only accept applicants I like and trust.
