The quarts de casa are apartments of 30 sqm in the geometrical area of Barceloneta. The apartment in Grau i Torras is totally new, modern and equipped with everything you need for your vacations or business stay. The apartment contains a separate bedroom with a comfortable double-bed, a stylish bathroom, complete kitchen with facilities to prepare your own meals or cold drinks, lounge with a table for 3 people, double sofa-bed, TV with satellite, air condition and free wireless internet access. It has a small private balcony. Clean linen and towels will be provided. The washing machine is placed on the ground floor of the building and for the use of all tenants. Electricity bills included for a normal consumption. If there would be an excessive monthly amount ( more than 70€/month ) it has to be paid by the tenant.
