The area is highly commercial, you'll find stores, boutiques, international restaurants, and much more down every block! Within walking distance you will be able to reach the bus stop, the subway stop, the supermarket, which makes it a very convenient location. Please note: the washing machine is located in the building and shared with other tenants. Please note: The following renovations are planned for the building in the near future: replacement of windows and balcony doors, renovation of the balconies and facade, and replacement of the intercom system. You are asked to grant access to the contractors during the renovation work and to comply with applicable safety regulations. Despite the construction work, the apartment can still be used.
