The furniture and decorations give to have their own charm in this place. The nicely done parquet floor and a practical cut make this apartment the perfect place to hide away and be cosy. Through the living space, you can access the bathroom, which is also build very practical. The shower is on the left when you enter, right next to the sink and around the corner, to the right, you find the toilet. Located in the heart of Schöneberg, this area provides everything. It is quieter than Kreuzberg or Neukölln, but also a little more lively than Wilmersdorf e.g. Many little, nice cafés and a few bars are located around here. The U7 is within walking distance and the bus lines 104, 106, 187, 204, M48, M85 as well. In the living area, there is a big sleeping couch that folds out. And can be used as a sofa during the day. Around the corner, you access the kitchen and all of its utensils. Nicely combined and implemented into one, are the oven and dishwasher, a real space saver. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months. After this time, it is possible to extend the contract further. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
