The so-called "Winskiez“ is a very nice area (we also live here, and do not want to move away anymore) area with lots of restaurants (Indian, Italian, Japanese etc.), cool coffee shops (God shot, Kaffe), wine shops (Weinberg) and pubs for relaxed hours during the day and in the evenings. The neighbourhood is well-connected to public transportation and it is only a few minutes by foot from Tram Knaackstr: M1, M2 and Tram Hufelandstr: M4. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months. After this time, it is possible to extend the contract further. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
