It is well suited as an interim solution for 4-8 weeks. Equipped with: comfortable folding bed, large wardrobe with shelves. The freshly sanded wooden floor and renovated historical wardrobe create a cozy atmosphere. Anyone who loves slightly creaky floors will feel at home :-) Toilet, bathroom with shower and kitchen was only renovated 5 years ago and is available for common use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The shared apartment has WiFi. Flat share is conveniently located in the center of Filderstadt-Bernhausen: Train station 3 minutes away, other bus stops almost in front of the door. Bakery, post office, bank, supermarkets etc in just 2-4 minutes away. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces, you have to park on the street. The adjoining room is an ideal interim solution for a short time. It is also only rented for 1-2 months. Er ist gut als Zwischenlösung für 4-8 Wochen geeignet. Ausgestattet mit: komfortablem Klappbett, großem Kleiderschrank mit Ablagen. Der frisch geschliffene Holzboden und renovierte historische Kleiderschrank schafft eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wer leicht knarzende Böden liebt, wird sich zuhause fühlen :-) Das Bad mit Dusche und die Küche wurde erst vor 5 Jahren renoviert, steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank komplett eingerichtet. Die Wohngemeinschaft verfügt über W-Lan. WG liegt verkehrsgünstig im Zentrum von Filderstadt-Bernhausen: Bahnhof 3 Minuten entfernt, weitere Bushaltestellen fast vor der Türe. Bäckerei, Post, Bank, Supermärkte etc in nur 2-4 Minuten entfernung. Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider nicht vorhanden, es kann auf der Strasse geparkt werden. Die Universitäten in Stuttgart, Stgt-Vaihingen und Hohenheim sind sehr gut erreichbar. Der Nebenraum ist eine ideale Zwischenlösung für kurze Zeit. zb für Praktikanten oder kurzfristige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse. Die Mitwohnmöglichkeit wird nur für maximal 1-2 Monate vermietet. Es ist erwünscht daß man sich ins Leben der Wohngemeinschaft einfügt, es ist kein Hotel oder Pensionsbetrieb mit Zimmerservice :-) Bitte nur Anfragen die verstehen was eine Wohngemeinschaft ist.
