This is a beautiful, light and modern studio apartment with balcony perfectly located in the very heart of Florence. The space begins with a small private entrance which leads to the 45 sqm living/dinning room which is furbished with a designer table and chairs from which to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals prepared in the kitchen, which comes equipped with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, oven / microwave and small appliances). The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed from which to enjoy listening to the stereo or watching the large flat-screen TV. From here you can also access the private balcony with a great view of the beautiful and ancient rooftops of Florence. The bathroom is elegant and comes a with modern glass shower, whilst the bedroom includes a King-size bed and another private en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is illuminated by a window with a view of a part of the Duomo. The laundry, with washer and dryer, is shared with the other Traviata apartments.
