The apartment is located in the NOLO area, immediately adjacent to Piazzale Loreto, a popular and central area very well served by public transport. NOLO represents a lively multi-ethnic neighborhood, strategic for reaching the Duomo, the fashion district, and all the main attractions of the Milanese metropolis in a few minutes by metro. Walking for just 5 minutes, you reach the famous Corso Buenos Aires, the center of Milanese shopping and the many cheap opportunities. Immediately below the house you will find the entrance of the Metro red line "Pasteur", supermarkets (Carrefour immediately below the house), numerous bars, Italian pastry shops of the highest quality (Scaringi), and Middle Eastern (La Rosa di Tunisi), among the best in Milan, not to mention the many ethnic restaurants in the area, where you can eat for a few euros and even after midnight. Little is spent on shopping in the many shops or on the market in Termopoli held on Friday. A vibrant, lively, and cheerful neighborhood in full expansion. The mini apartment, very bright, has numerous amenities to pleasantly accommodate two adults, including a small terrace for eating out on hot summer or spring days. Double bed, flat screen TV, bedside tables, dining table, 2 comfortable wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, combined oven, tea kettle, Nespresso coffee with waffles available, for a good Italian coffee, a toaster, dishes, pots, dishes, and air conditioning (A must on Milanese summer days). Large and bright bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine. ✅The structure offers free: fast Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, and Bluetooth speakers. Important to note: - Tourist Tax Update for 2025 Please note that the tourist tax in Milan has increased as of January 1, 2025. The new rate is €6.30 per person, per night, applicable for the first 14 nights of your stay. The total tax amount is now €88.20 per person - due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent - Please note that for check-in after 8pm (standard time), a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is payable on arrival. - Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
