A few steps from the MM3 Metro stops - yellow line - "Crocetta" and "Porta Romana" which connect in just 5 minutes to Milan Cathedral. Possibility in just 20 minutes of pleasant walk in historic Milan, to reach the Duomo. The apartment is located in a very interesting neighborhood full of cafes, restaurants for all tastes, shops, and old shops. Supermarket, Post Office, and Banks are just a few minutes walk from the house. Important to note: - Tourist Tax Update for 2025 Please note that the tourist tax in Milan has increased as of January 1, 2025. The new rate is €6.30 per person, per night, applicable for the first 14 nights of your stay. The total tax amount is now €88.20 per person - due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent - Please note that for check-in after 8pm (standard time), a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is payable on arrival. - Monthly rent includes 2 cleaning per month.
