However, what makes this apartment unique are the terraces from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the center of Milan that ranges from the Sforzesco Castle to the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova, to the spires of the Milan Cathedral, to the Torre Velasca. The penthouse is perfect for a couple who plan to visit and experience the city of Milan. It is also suitable for off-site workers, The apartment is located in a nice residential neighborhood where there are supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. At 1 minute walk, we find the metro stop of the green line M2 Sant'Agostino. A 5-minute walk you can reach the famous area of the Navigli and the new Darsena, one of the hearts of the Milanese nightlife, where you can enjoy excellent aperitifs or typical dinners in the many restaurants that overlook the canal. The apartment looks like a luxury penthouse, consisting of a livable living area with a table, 4 chairs, a smart TV, and a double sofa bed. The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, dishes and pots. In the bedroom we find the double bed, a large wardrobe and, the bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. On one of the terraces of the apartment, there is a table with 2 chairs to enjoy an aperitif at sunset, enjoying the view of the beautiful city. The apartment is served by an elevator that goes up to the fifth floor (there is therefore a flight of stairs to climb on foot).
