The apartment is located in the center area, in a beautiful neighborhood that boasts the presence of many supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Just 5 minutes on foot we find the Metro stops "Pagano" or "Wagner" - Redline M1 and, just 20 minutes on foot we can reach the Castello Sforzesco and the Duomo and all the main historical attractions of the center of Milan. The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms with a double bed, each of which is equipped with a TV, and a wardrobe. In the large living room, there is a table with 4 chairs, a nice fireplace, a sofa bed, and a large 58 ”TV to relax in the evening watching your favorite TV programs. The kitchen is complete with a peninsula table, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, kettle, moka, scale, dishes and pans, and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, bidet, and sink. ✅They are also available free of charge. : Internet wi-fi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning. ✅Please note that for check-in after 8pm (standard time), a cash supplement of Euro 100.00 is payable on arrival. ✅Check-in after standard hours must always be agreed in advance. The total tax amount is now €88.20 per person, instead of the previous €63. - due to the city event Salone del Mobile for the month of April there will be a surcharge of 30% on the month rent. - Monthly rent includes 2 cleanings per month.
