Description

💢💢💢💢 Nice two-room apartment of 42 square meters on the third floor of a characteristic renovated 1930s period house with lift. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests ideal for couples, families with children, and single professionals. The apartment is located in the heart of the Isola district of Milan, via Pietro Borsieri, a safe, welcoming, and full of-services area, just 200 meters from the Isola stop (M5, lilac) and 400 meters from the Garibaldi railway station (M2, green ) or Zara (M3, yellow). The apartment consists of a large room with a double bed, sofa bed, TV, desk, wardrobe closet, and a separate kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, kettle, moka pot, scale, dishes, and pots. Bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine. Also available: hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The location is excellent both for business travelers and for those wishing to visit the city; the house is in fact silent, thanks to the view on the internal courtyard, and is a stone's throw from bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pharmacy and two supermarkets (one of which is open until the end of 24). You can walk to the Bosco Verticale in less than 5min and continue towards Piazza Gae Aulenti for a pleasant walk, or take advantage of the BikeMe bike-sharing service at the ISOLA M5 stop or Mobike and Ofobike, always available in the area. ✅We inform you that for a check-in after 20.00 (standard time) a cash supplement of Euro 20.00 is required to be paid upon arrival. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
Cancellation policy

Strict cancellation

If you cancel:

  • Within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent
  • After 24 hours of confirmation – No refund
