This room features grand, four meter high ceilings with original plaster mouldings, a marble fireplace and a french balcony overlooking a quiet one way street. Amenities include a private shower room, triple closets finish are set in a large dressing area. The bedroom includes a double bed, vintage writing desk and a comfy reading chair. Vintage furniture gives each room its own individual style. Rates are all inclusive. We confirm your request, organise a video tour, and then extend a lease. We do not provide leases without doing a video tour to answer any questions first. We sourced the furnishings from antique markets throughout Belgium and Scandinavia giving each room it’s own eclectic decor. The house is built around an inner patio, features include a large kitchen, dining and tv area a home office, a guest room for visitors, laundry room and bike storage. Located between the trendy Parvis and the chic avenue Louise, this house enjoys the best of both worlds. The Parvis is a multicultural area with a well loved daily market featuring local farmers; it is the ideal location for furnished apartments in Brussels. Bars, casual restaurants and freelancer friendly cafés are scattered around the square in front of the church.
