It has two new bathrooms and a large kitchen with balcony for common use, the apartment is to be shared with 6 other tenants, it is a mixed apartment. We are in CITY STUDIES, every department of the Polytechnic is within walking distance and the LAMBRATE stop of the green underground is only 200m away. Furthermore, we have surface vehicles (93, 33, 19, 45) under the house and all types of services within easy walking distance. the building is elegant and very tidy and has a concierge service every day.
