The fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom are shared with other guests. From the common areas of the apartment, you have access to a terrace which is only used by the guests of this apartment. The next tram stop is only 250 meters away. Altogether, you need about 15 minutes to the famous Ringstraße in the historic center of the city. Please be aware that your reservation will not be concluded with me, but with the respective owners of the apartments. The cleaning fee will be charged by me directly...
