The accommodation The apartment was designed by an architect to make the most of every single detail. The house has all the comforts such as Smart TV, free Netflix, unlimited Wifi, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee machine with capsules (if required, additional capsules will be provided at the cost price) . In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryers, shower gel and shampoo. The condominium has an excellent concierge to receive any type of order! The beds and any sofa beds will be ready when you arrive, you won't have to worry about bringing pillows or sheets. The house is already equipped with everything you need for short periods. Other things to highlight The apartment is located on the raised ground floor. The apartment is really nice and is 750 meters from the Crescenzago metro (M2 green line) which you can reach on foot in less than 10 minutes. - initial cleaning is also included together with towel and sheet - Netflix is also included - Additional cleaning can be request but has to be paid a part - Contract registration fee is 50% between owner and tenant 10%+VAT How are commissions calculated? Example: 1.100,00 x 12 months = 13.200,00 x 10% (commissions) = 1.320,00 + 22% VAT = Tot: 1.610,40. ATTENTION!
